Long, Slow & Deep: The LSD (long, slow & deep) class helps you to open up physically and mentally. Pranayama and sun salutations as preparation, then we hold 10-12 poses for a total of 3 minutes per pose, including one inversion, to reach deeper and slowly allow the process of opening up to happen. The class finishes with a silent meditation and savasana.

Get grounded and open your hips: release tension from your hips and mind in this deep hip opening practice We go through successively depper hip opening poses and you might find yourself ending up with your leg behind your head. Please note that this class is not suitable for beginners. As a general guideline, this class is for people who have practiced yoga for at least 6 months in a row under the guidance of a certified yoga teacher. Pre-Christmas detox flow - part 2. Long, continuous flow with twists, stretches, back bends, and arm balances. We will hold headstand for 4 minutes, hand stand for 2 minutes, and wheel for 1 minute. Please note that this class is not suitable for beginners. As a general guideline, this class is for people who have practiced yoga for at least 6 months in a row under the guidance of a certified yoga teacher. If you have never done headstand, handstand, or forearm stand before skip these poses.
